This super thick, incredibly durable, and highly flexible formula creates a waterproof membrane that stands up to extreme conditions where regular coatings fail.

🧱 Ideal Uses:

• Flat or low-slope roofs with water ponding

• Box gutters, balconies, parapets, and junctions

• Concrete decks or large areas needing heavy protection

• Rough, porous surfaces like raw cement or asphalt

• Problematic corners, outlets, overlaps, and expansion joints

🧪 Application Guidelines:

• Apply a minimum of 2-3 coats on large areas, building up to at least 1.5mm thickness

• For walkable areas, apply up to 2.5mm thickness for best results

• Use your own discretion, you may also poor bucket directly onto surface and spread with a paint squeegy or broom.

• Allow adequate curing time between coats

🔧 Prep Like a Pro:

For rough or porous surfaces (cement screeds, raw concrete, etc.), always start with a coat of Lekker Rubber Bonding Liquid to lock in dust, micro particles, and prevent premature absorption. This ensures maximum adhesion and performance of the rubber.

🎨 Pair with Lekker Rubber PRO or MAX:

Because this bitumen-based formula is heavy-duty, coverage is lower than standard waterproofing coatings. It’s perfect for high-risk zones – but once those are sealed, you can switch to Lekker Rubber PRO or MAX to finish the rest of your roof in your preferred custom colour.

This approach offers maximum protection while helping to stretch your budget and product use efficiently.
